SolidWorks

We offer designing in 2D and 3D environments according to your available format, and, if needed, we can create drawing documentation. The most common formats we work in are .stp, .igs and .dxf.

SolidCAM

In the SolidCAM environment we have the possibility to create machining operations starting with 2-axis (circuits, pockets, drilling), through 3-axis (creating grooves according to defined parameters while machining in 3 axes at the same time), 4 and 5-axis indexed to continuously controlled, where the milling cutter copies the shape of the model of the selected geometry. These operations give us different production variants, even for the most complex parts. The groove inspection is performed in real conditions, as well as with machine simulation (possibility of simpler simulations with pre-selected tool holder).
