WHO WE ARE
The company Plastpol, s.r.o. was founded on January 1, 2005 – thus continuing the 3-year business history of the company’s founder and managing director Ludvík Polnický as a self-employed person. Its started to develop its activity in its own smaller workshop with an office and in a rented warehouse with a clear concept to create a universal custom workplace for precise shape division of materials and machining.
The first technology – a machining center, was put into operation in April 2005. The initial period developed with the gradual development of possibilities and the acquisition of valuable experience, the usability of all applications of this technology. Furthermore, the company has already systematically built a reputation as a solid, very flexible and reliable company and thus a circle of regular satisfied customers. In July 2007, we began construction of a new facility in Nová Ves near Nové Město na Moravě. By moving to new premises, our company has acquired the much-needed background for further development.
You will find us at the new address from the first week in July 2008. At the end of 2008, we offer 5-axis machining, which will significantly expand our capabilities and improve our services. In 2009, we set up a new CAD / CAM workplace with state-of-the-art software. We offer design work of 3D models and processing of drawing documentation.
In the following years, it was necessary to grow again and improve the quality of production technology to achieve other goals that were set to us. That is why the construction of a storage hall was started in 2012. With this construction, we received 570 m2 of space for material and, above all, space was freed up in the production hall, where a new CNC PROFORM X3 machine could be purchased.
During this time, we have always been extremely flexible in terms of speed of delivery and quality of manufactured pieces. By acquiring new premises and technologies, we want to keep these services at least at the current level, but ideally improve the quality based on the knowledge of ours as well as our customers.
In recent years, we have made investments in new technologies and equipment of the establishment with a significant share of funds from EU funds for countryside development.

2017
At the end of 2017, a secondary warehouse with an area of 280 m2 was completed for larger premises for storing material stocks and the creation of a smaller garage for company cars and other equipment.
2017
In 2017, the construction of a new representative administrative building was started, which will free up space in the current offices. The date of completion and relocation is set for the beginning of 2019.
2014
In the spring of 2014, we put the storage hall fully into operation and thus gained a new space with a floor area of 570 m2. By moving the material that we have more and more for our regular customers for immediate use, we have increased the space for the implementation of your orders.
2012
In the spring of 2012, we began construction of our new storage hall. This hall is connected to the existing production facility and allows us to clearly store material for production as well as finished products for our customers. By connecting the two buildings, we have gained a significantly larger covered area and there will also be an increase in the handling outdoor area. After releasing the production areas from the storage material, we get space for new technology, for example.
2009
