Our company performs machining of plastics, wood, aluminium. We divide and machine on 3 and 5 axes on CNC machining centres and on 4 axes on a CNC lathe. Types of machining:

CNC milling:

We perform, for example, milling of plastics (PE, POM, PA, PTFE, PP…), wood (various types of plywood, MULTIPLEX, chipboard…) and aluminium. We dispose of various types of milling cutters, whether cylindrical, toroidal, shaped, spherical, in order to always maintain the accuracy according to the drawing documentation. In serial production, we always strive to use time efficiently and therefore we try to look for such milling methods (producing a new atypical milling cutter, clarifying the dimensions with the customer – most frequently the radii, small wall thickness) which saves the machine and at the same time speeds up production!

We also produce a wide range of PC/PMMA covers of various dimensions (possibility of milling a groove for the most accurate bending), where the bending is performed either by milling the groove, in case of a 1-3mm thick PC when cold, or PMMA and thicker PC when hot.

We also perform designing works – either based on a drawing, .dxf format or solely based on the product, etc. In case of a model, the preferred formats are .stp, .igs.

CNC turning:

Our company also newly offers CNC turning services, where we want to offer more precise and, mainly, faster machining, emphasising the machined surface, of which is supported by high-quality cooling of the tool/material. This new machine offers the possibilities of turning even more demanding shaped pieces, where driving the tools is a great advantage.

We turn from all types of plastics – the maximum inner diameter of the tow bar is 68 mm.

In addition to CNC milling and CNC turning, we also offer designing 3D models and processing drawing documentation. We produce 3D models and moulds from solid or artificial wood, MDF or even from PE. We perform designing extraordinarily complex parts. CNC milling of plastics, wood, aluminium – both piece and serial production. Milling 3 and 5 axes.

Our product range also includes plastic products – components for bulk supplies to large production plants, inspection jigs and repairs of shape inspection jigs, plastic labels and nameplates for growers and other uses. We create 2D technical documentation and 3D models. We use top software SolidWorks and SolidCAM.
